1. Ownership & Rights

I confirm that I am the original creator of the submitted artwork and/or music and hold all necessary rights to authorize its use. I affirm that my submission does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.

2. Permission to Display

I grant Mind Morph, LLC, owner of MindMorphInstitute.com, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or stream my submitted artwork and/or music publicly on its website for viewing and/or listening purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, resale, or commercial use without my additional written consent.

3. No Compensation

I understand and agree that I will not receive financial compensation or royalties for the posting, display, or streaming of my artwork or music on MindMorphInstitute.com.

4. Display Intent

My submission will be posted solely for public appreciation and inspiration. It will not be used for promotional, commercial, or derivative purposes unless I provide separate written permission.

5. Attribution & Privacy

I may choose whether my name appears alongside my submission. No personal information will be shared without my explicit consent.

6. Right to Decline or Remove

MindMorphInstitute.com reserves the right to decline, remove, or modify submissions at its discretion, including for reasons related to formatting, appropriateness, or copyright concerns.

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mind Morph, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my submitted artwork or music, including but not limited to copyright infringement or violation of third-party rights.
